2016/17 OFF-SEASON SUMMER REGISTRATION
It is COMPULSORY for any player participating in an off-season Summer Competition across QLD who is NOT already a registered outdoor player for the 2016 Winter Season to complete an online Summer Registration Form and pay the relevant Hockey Queensland Insurance Fee.
To be covered for Insurance, players must be either:
a) a registered & financial outdoor player with an affiliated association in 2016; or
b) a registered & financial Summer Competition player following completion of the Summer Registration Form
